Hublot Offers Visitors the Chance to Test Watches with WatchTester Showcase

The most eye-dazzling and remarkable attraction at Baseworld 2010 is defintely the new WatchTester display case presented by Hublot. It offers every visitor the chance to experience how a timepiece would work on their wrist, with a great number of models, sizes and colors available.
During the Baseworld 2010, the revolutionary showcase was tested more than 38,000 times by visitors who were curious to see how it would be like with a Hublot watch on their wrist.
Some people who are not familiar with Hublot watches used to believe that their watches would be too large for their wrists. Now with the help of the “WatchTester”, exclusively designed for Hublot by the talented metalworker Xavier Dietlin, visitors can slide their wrist into the display case and try different models, including 44mm or 48mm watches, complications, and watches in multiple colours and materials.
Inside the showcase there are four various sizes to offer a wide range of choice. The visitor can try all the models on display, slide their wrist into the space provided and adjust the showcase height. In this way visitors can have a clear ideal of how appealing the watch work on their wrist. Also noteworthy is the cutting-edge technology Xavier Dietlin has adopted for Hublot in manufacturing the remarkable creation. Hublot Released the New Limited Big Bang for Mexican Football Federation

Two years ago, Mexican Football Federation had their first limited edition Big Bang watch from Swiss watch maker Hublot. Tasting the huge success of that watch, Hublot made another limited Big Bang watch to celebrate their partnership with the world’s renown football federation..

ean-Claude Biver, CEO of Hublot watches, recently passed this watch to Mexican national team trainer Javier Aguirre on the world-known Estadio Azteca football pitch where all Mexico team matches are held. In the upcoming 2010 World Cup in South Africa, Javier Aguirre will lead Mexican national football team to fight for the championship. According Hutlot, Jacky Bracamontes, famous Mexican actress and Hublot ambassador, will attend the following launch events of this new Big Bang watch. And each player of Mexican national team will have the honor to wear the watch on their journey to South Africa.

As watch specially made for the Mexican Football Federation, this limited edition Big Bang of course has unique features that indicates Hublot relationship with the Federation. For example, the dial of the watch is skeletonized and reveals red and greed colors. The alligator strap is in green and has red stitching.  The hands also apply these two colors which are the colors Mexico’s national colors. And the case back is fitted with a sapphire crystal with the FMF logo.

The watch has a standard Big Bang case sized at 44.5.mm. It is done in black ceramic and has fine microblasted finish. And it is water resistant to 100 meters. Beating inside the watch is the Hublot Calibre HUB 4200, a self-winding mechanical movement with chronograph functions. Composed of 252 individual parts, it offers reliable time display and has 42-hour power reserve.
